Orders ≥ $30: Free standard shipping.
Orders < $30: Shipping fee calculated at checkout.

United States only.
Order Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) from our San Diego, CA warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time
USPS zone-based delivery: typically West Coast 1–2 business days, East Coast ~3 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier workload, weather, or destination.
Carrier
USPS is our shipping partner for Foxx orders.
Multiple Items in One Order
We strive to ship items together, but some products may ship separately based on availability and shipping method.
You will receive shipment notification(s) with tracking for each parcel.
Changing Your Address After Shipment
After an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
You may cancel within 60 minutes of placing the order and reorder with the correct details.
If an order is canceled more than 1 hour after placement, any applicable return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If a wrong address is provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, the customer bears the loss. Foxx will not replace the order or issue a refund.
